In addition to our 5 guest bedrooms we offer a completely independent and private 2 bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of ‘Les Sources’.

 

 

 

 

The 65m² apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance. Guests of the apartment have exclusive use of a walled garden with furniture, bbq and washing line.
It also benefits from a sunny terrace with seating to the front where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the world go by.

 

 

COMPRISING:
Full central heating with radiators on all rooms. A large open plan living area with fully equipped fitted kitchen (cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.), comfortable seating area with TV, dining table and chairs.
Shower room with shower cubicle and hand basin, a separate toilet with hand basin. 2 large bedrooms,  1 x double and 1 x 3 singles (bunk beds plus a single bed). Both bedrooms enjoy views of the gardens and mountains beyond and have ample storage space. Please note that the top bunk is for the use of a child under the age of 12 only.

TARIFFS:            250€ - 430€ per week.

EXTRA’S:
Damage waiver deposit           150€ is payable on arrival.
(Refunded on departure subject to damages / breakages).

Heating:                                  30€ / week  (all spring / winter bookings)

Bed linen & towels                   8€ per person per week. 
( Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance).
